We will send you an confirmation email once your order is verified. After verification, in principle,the orders will not be cancelled during this period, considering handling process already start, but we will try our best to communicate with you via email to find an good solution.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time:
Order verification, quality check and packaging，which take an additional 2–4 days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please
allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your
order, we will contact you via email or telephone timely.
Shipping time:
This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.Our logistics transportation is transported by charter flights to the following countries and regions. Different countries and regions require different transportation times, usually take between 5 and 12 business days. Please refer to the figure below.

REFUND POLICY
At Aviva Myth, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Refunds:
1.Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
2.Proof of purchase is required.
